Paradox Multiplayer Game

Good day sirs, I demand we get a Paradox multiplayer game on the go. Any recommendations for which game ?

EU4 has the least multi-player problems, but hearts of iron 3 requires much more strategy

I don't fancy HOI3 its a little too complicated for me, and the USSR and USA players seem to be insulated against any mistakes

I'm in, I already have EU4 so that's the easiest one for me

I'd like to give it a try, even though I suck at these sort of games.

I mean EU4 or CKII are the ones I am thinking/like. There are lots of smaller nations and states, so if we have a lot of takers, everyone could have something relevant.

I'd suggest we play EU4 then, by far the best multi-player and if I recall correctly, only the host needs the expansion packs for them to work for everyone.
And lets role-play it a little and when we have wars maybe give trade power minor lands like in reality not go all 1900s on each other and have total wars and big land grabs.
Maybe we can get a subforum for writing AAR, roleplaying diplomacy etc
yes, we definitely need a subforum for roleplaying diplomacy.

It would be really nice to all be in HRE except no bohemia or austria but thats just an idea.. It would be nice to all be fairly close at least, and not play France, UK, Castille and the other op states

Depends on the takers really on how we structure it. But yes I like the RPing ideas for either EU4 or CKII I know you have had bad experiences with CKII but maybes it been improved.

well EU4 also has a new function so that you wont need to re-host every time someone goes out of sync or crashes, they can just join again like in counter-strike basically.
CK II has some real issues and I'm afraid we will have to spend much time getting it to work if it works at all. Paradox games are known for multiplayer problems.

sounds like EU4 then, we should figure out whos in and who wants to play who.
