Finland has decided to reinstate Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim for active duty, and to hold the position of Chief of Defence. These are dangerous times with countries rights being violated and this is the first step towards a modernised defence for the proud republic of Finland.

Restructuring of the armed forces

Finlands total defence budget will see an increase due to the turbulent world around us.

The current cavalry divisions Uudenmaan Rakuunarykmentti (Uusimaa Dragoon Regiment) and Hämeen Ratsurykmentti (Häme Cavalry Regiment) will receive much modernisation with artillery pieces.

The regular armed forces will receive new equipment as well, artillery pieces, we are also currently in negotiations in purchasing some form of light tank.
