Stealing this forum for a dead side game to introduce my own

Setting:

Loosely based on German and Scandinavian conquests in Rome and the post roman world.

You start as a character aged 17-35. The age you uses gives you some guaranteed character stats and some rolled ones. These stats are secret.
The various ages all assume steady success over the ages 17-35. There will be some more board game dice rolls to determine your state and scales with age, such as maiming and amount of sons when you are older and being a puppet when 17.

The gods you believe in are a pagan pantheon, there's this thing called the empire that believes in one god.
(The gods aren't real per say but if you disrespect them in character I'll fuck with you a bit as a consequence so pay respects with festival and sacrifices etc)

At the start of the game, depending on your chosen age you will get an overview of your controlled lands. Recent years petty kings and chieftains such as you have gained great success attacking the lands of the one god.

The war faction.
The amount of your people who wants to go raiding or settling abroad is very high.

To begin, send me a DM with your desired age. If you got more things to add, as long as its not designed to make your character powerful you can probably have it.
If you want to suggest trade offs for negatives vs. positives go ahead. But no info until after the rolls.
